Website security is one of my uppermost priorities, therefore I have chosen PayPal to handle my on-line payment facility. Orders can be paid for using visa, MasterCard, switch, solo, maestro via your PayPal secure account. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this. If you cannot pay via PayPal and would like to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please email me through my contact me link, with the item/s you would like to order. I will then send you an invoice via email including the total to pay, bank details or who to make the cheque payable to and the address to send the payment to. Please note that I will not start work on you order until I have received your cheque and it has cleared.
Please include your name, address, and order number with your payment.
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and then either posted in a pip box or protected by bubble wrap and posted in a parcel bag. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order has been posted to you.
PLEASE NOTE that all of the READY TO POST items are also being sold on my Facebook/Instagram pages, Ebay and Etsy shop therefore if the same item is sold at the same time it will be SOLD to the first person to buy it.
Cancelling your Order
If you wish to cancel your order once accepted by me, you may do so up to the point of dispatch. If you do decide to cancel your contract with me within this time, I will refund any payments made by you within 14 days. Please note that this does not apply to BESPOKE/PERSONALISED orders already made.
Return and Refund Policy
I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with my products. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. If you need to return your order, for an exchange or refund please contact me first and return your item/s in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all labels intact, within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches me, therefore I recommend that you send returns via insured /registered mail and retain a proof of posting certificate. I regret I cannot refund any postage and packaging charges. Any refund will only be paid after I have received the goods in their original condition. Please note I do not give refunds/exchanges on * items returned after 14 days * items lost or damaged during transit * bespoke/personalised items

All signs at Little Chalk House are designed and handmade by myself and sold online. Signs are cut to size, sanded, then hand painted and stencilled with Annie Sloan Eco-friendly chalk paint. Edges are then distressed and finished with a clear wax for durability, giving a soft matt finish. All orders are made to a high standard and with lots of Love. As all signs are handmade and not mass produced each item may vary slightly from the listed picture/s. Please bear in mind that all items are made from wood, as wood is a natural product there might be a few imperfections, however this will only add to the distressed look.
I have taken care and effort to ensure that the description and specifications of my products are correct.
Colours may alter slightly from what you see on the screen as every computer/tablet/phone will show colours differently. Please note that any props used in my photo's like plants, wicker hearts etc are not included in the price of the item you are purchasing.
