Delivery
All orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, unless otherwise agreed to UK Mainland only.  All dispatch times quoted are approximate and are stated in working days excluding Bank Holidays and Weekend.  ​Orders will be posted next working day (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of payment.

  • £2.50 p&p for all orders up to £10.00​
  • ​£2.95 p&p for all orders from £10.01 to £20.00
  • £3.95 p&p for all orders from £20.01 to £25.00 
  • £4.50 p&p for all orders from £25.01 to £35.00
  • £6.50 p&p for all order from £35.01 to £60.00
  • £10.00 p&p for all orders over £60.00
   Made to Order
​Turn around times for MADE TO ORDER signs will be confirmed via email before a made to order purchase is made however please note that this is usually between 14 to 21 working days (Mon-Fri), after payment has been received.  An email confirming your expected dispatch date will be confirmed via email to you when I send confirmation of payment and your order.  PLEASE NOTE If  a made to order item is purchased at the same time as a listed sign I will presume you are happy to wait for the listed item and will send it with the made to order purchase at the same time, to save on postage.
   Returns
​I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with my products. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. If you need to return your order, for an exchange or refund please contact ​me first and return your item/s in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all labels intact, within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches me, therefore I recommend that you send returns via insured /registered mail and retain a proof of posting certificate. I regret I cannot refund any postage and packaging charges. Any refund will only be paid after I have received the goods in their original condition.

  • items lost or damaged during transit
