Your Order
A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order is finished and has been posted to you.
All items at Little Chalk House are only sold on-line and are handmade to order by me. All handmade items are cut to size, sanded and then hand painted/stencilled with Annie Sloan Eco-friendly chalk paint, distressed and finished with clear wax for durability. This process adds character for a rustic, shabby chic style.
Your handmade item/s will be be dispatched approximately 14 working days (Monday-Friday) after payment has been received, earlier if I can and this will be confirmed with an expected date of dispatch in the email I send you after payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order is finished and has been posted to you. If you are purchasing a ready to post item this will be posted the next working day after payment has been received.
Once you receive your order you will see it has been beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and will come with a handmade gift tag, so it's perfect for gift giving if you haven't bought a little something for yourself.
If you would like me to send your purchase direct to someone as a gift, please let me know their UK address and I will happily post your order to them. If you would also like me to include a gift message in the parcel for example Happy Birthday Lisa, Love Sharon xx then just send me a message (tasha@littlechalkhouse.com) and I'll enclose it in your parcel.

Payments
Payments can be made in the following ways
- with a PayPal account.
- with a debit or credit card (though PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account).
- bank transfer (please contact me with your order details and I will provide you with my account details).
- by post, sending a cheque (please contact me with your order details and I will provide you with my address, the name to make the cheque payable to and the total to pay. Please note that no work will start until payment has been received and cleared - please remember to include your details with your cheque including your order details, your name and address to post your order to).
